We came in after a very large group of kids and they did wonderful! Everyone was friendly the food came hot and fast. Clean restaurant. I was so impressed how well they did with that group and didn’t let service slip with the other guest. Shout out to the general manager he was handling the shift so well
I’ve given Zaxby’s a few chances, but unfortunately, it consistently falls short. The food is mediocre at best—nothing to write home about. It’s often lukewarm, overly greasy, or just lacking flavor. But what really seals the deal is the customer service, which is consistently terrible. Orders are frequently wrong, the staff seems uninterested or unhelpful, and basic courtesy feels like an afterthought. For the prices they charge, you’d expect a much better overall experience.
Great service from the whole team! Love to see a group work so profoundly together. Shout out to Jasmine for going above and beyond. Full of integrity, identity, professionalism, and competence. Thank You All!
