Danielle, the manager at the Martin Luther King Zaxby’s, has truly stellar customer service. There was one small error in my order, and she handled it with the most generous attitude, even substituting one of the items for something I preferred. I just believe customer service goes a long way, and she and her team are excellent. They are very efficient, getting everything done quickly while maintaining a professional standard. I would absolutely give them 10 stars.
