Drive Thru was Packed but I will take it as it was good, and the Banana Pudding Milkshake the Best!
I was made to wait over 15 mins for my food ordered at the drive through. I ordered 3 Big Zak Snacks. One of the snacks was missing the Texas Toast. And the girl who brought me my food was rude after forgetting to grab my bag before coming outside. I already barely like Zaxbys, but this was the last straw for me. I'll never eat at this location again.
Chicken fingers are always overcooked. Orders at drive through have never been right for me.
