Shoshana (and everyone at Women’s Health) is kind and professional. Shoshana truly cares about all factors that may affect your health, not just physical but emotional as well. Everything is always explained thoroughly and all questions are always answered. Messages are also answered timely and everyone is extraordinary.
Too bad this office decided to dump Medicare patients and not tell them. Shameful. I was a patient here for 15 years and when I called for an appointment they told me I was no longer a patient! Wow!
I had to see a doctor right away due to a concerning issue. My doctor recommended Shoshana Zax as I had not seen my former GYN in several years. She was able to see me within a few days and addressed my issue with concern and thoroughness. She was not only compassionate, but walked me through all that she was considering. She talked to me throughout the procedure that needed to be done immediately and was incredibly understanding. I am SO grateful that I met her and plan to keep her as my new GYN.
