Terrible service. Basically served ourselves. Our waiter came to our group's tables maybe 2-3 times and refills were hard to come by. The salad bar was fresh, but the pizza was awful and undercooked. Didn't find out til the end that we would be charged 18% gratuity. Will not be back.
just an overall poor experience. ordered a steak medium and got it rare. they provided frozen butter to put in a cold potato and even colder vegetables. my meal was removed from the bill but there was zero effort to accommodate us in any other way and I was truly surprised that a manager wasn't involved. there are far superior places in Moab to eat that cost less and have far better quality food.
18% gratuity is ridiculous for more people than 6. Your food was not great. Pizza was soggy and waiter was too busy with others. People basically serve themselves with buffet. $50 gratuity between 3 tickets is not fair.
