I needed a couple of items monogrammed for a bride who had to change her wedding date due to a family emergency. Everyone else told me that they couldn't do it until after the first of the year. The fine folks at Zax Custom Screen printing and Embroidery came through in a pinch. Five stars for beautiful embroidery and five stars for great customer service! This is my new go to place for custom embroidery!
I went in for 2 custom uniform number patches for my son's varsity jacket. She was nice and said she would email me samples of what they would look like in 6 days. I didn't ask "why does that take so long, can't we just do it here and now, or can you have sooner?" because I assumed there was a good reason. I stopped in on the day they were supposed to be ready and still not made. No big deal, although still don't know why it takes 6 days.
