Horrible experience! Terrible wash! Disrespectful workers. Cheap car wash
Two things would improve the wash in Ypsilanti on Ellsworth: 1-the personnel at the entrance to the wash could also have a brush to pre-scrub the back of the vehicle (esp. vans & SUVs) 2-have a 3rd rinse. The car wash does about a 85% job. The rear of vehicles remain dirty & too much soap is leftover since the rinse is insufficient. With those two adjustments, you should see more return business and less re-washes.

I paid $15 for a car wash at the location on Plymouth and Middlebelt and they did a horrible job. I won't go to Zaxs again
