I visited the Farmington Zax location on Eight mile the evening of 3/13/22. As the carwash started to pull my vehicle through the tunnel, something happened allowing the carwash to push my vehicle into the vehicle in front of me in the tunnel scratching/damaging my front bumper.I circled back to speak to the carwash employee and mentioned my front bumper was scratched due to contacting the vehicle in front of me from the carwash pushing me into the vehicle in front of me. The car wash is horrible and Drew is even worse for customer service! They don’t use brushes on your car, they don’t spray out the wheel wells and my car still had soap on it. Drew is just pure lazy and I I believe he would have hit me when I asked for a refund, thankfully his young co worked intervened. I will never be back at this particular Zax car wash ever! Worst experience ever!!

Not very happy with your car wash on Ford Rd in Westland. Girl with colored hair could care less to be working and it showed. Pictures attached. And only monthly. Will consider elsewhere. Shame they allow a car to leave dirty!

I don’t know why I keep trying this place. Everyone it’s an overpriced disappointment. Pay for the $11 wash and get no longer than 2 seconds of sprayer wash on windshield and grill from the 2 attendants. Not an over abundance of bugs and grime, but enough where it should deserve a bit more attention. Maybe even the brush to scrub it clean! But no, seriously 2 seconds worth of spray from a distance.
