If I could give a negative rating I would. I am paying for an unlimited membership and without notice I arrived to find out they are closed for renovations until further notice. I have contacted Zax and spoke to Kelly who was clearly following a script. I was informed that I will not be reimbursed for monthly charges and if I decide to cancel my membership, they will not guarantee the current price. Zero communication and I’m paying for something I can’t use with absolutely no communication.
I have used this car wash for years but i will never go back after it scratched the top of my car and my newly replaced back hatch. When i told them what happened the attendant says quote “i guarantee that it didn’t happen here” it sure did happen there. The foam strips were clumped together and dragged up and over the car. Barely any soap, The car was half dirty, the wheels cleaner didn’t touch my wheels. The last $20 wash i will spend there.
I have a fleet vehicle and work in the area so this spot was ideal for a monthly plan. The price was good and so was the wash until I saw the rear of the vehicle. As other reviews have noted, something about the rear scrubbing just does not get the job done and this is after multiple car washes in consecutive days. I will probably renew but would like to see the wash improved.
