I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I love the Z-Family Practice staff and I have referred many people to them over the years. They put their patients first and on the one occasion I had to wait in the exam room someone came in to let me know that it would be approx. 20 min and they apologized. I was given the option of rescheduling if the wait was inconvenient for me.
