I used to meet with an amazing NP (shout out to Kelly Doherty) at this practice before they moved. The medical practice moved and was reduced to only Dr. Zawaideh. Patients were not notified of any changes which meant I had to change my PCP to Dr. Zawaideh to go there. I figured I'd give it a shot because I had good experience with my previous NP there. I've been coming to this clinic for several years and I am very happy with Dr. Zawaideh and her staff.
This office has been going downhill for awhile. I've continued to go there because I haven't had time to find another doctor, but I'm actively searching now. They are very unhelpful.
We have been going to doctor Zaweidah and her staff for over 10 years. We would not go anywhere else. We actually changed our insurance to make sure we could continue with them as our PCP. I see bad reviews on here and they don’t make any sense to me. Staff is top notch. I find that poor reviews many times come from people who are impossible. Honestly, this place is awful. No one calls you back, they had great physicians at one point, but they all left. The new lady who answered the phone was rude, talked over me, and was condescending. Avoid this practice. I’ve called multiple times for a prescription of mine (an inhaler) to be filled, no response. They don’t communicate with their patients AT ALL. Poor business practices.
