The properties are deteriorating and there have been hit and runs in the parking lots. The parking lots are full of non working cars and there is litter all over the property, mostly modelo beer cans. I think I have a peeping Tom across from my unit. This is not what I pay for and I should not have to move . The property HAS to fix their issues . My unit is not free so Dont treat me like I just have to deal with it ! I can’t get into contact with the owners and I’m thinking of taking any legal action against the property

Cielo at university in Jacksonville was a new investment for this team and the way it’s been seems as if rookies are in charge and this is their first property. Rent has gone up an insane amount and all they’ve done is poorly paint the buildings. They’re are many issues that need addressed like flooding and mold before they attempt to raise rent. Cielo At Velvet in Athens is horrible. How do you come in, take over what used to be power properties and go up $810 on someone's rent ?? I can see if you're upgrading the apartment but they're wanting to get the old tenants out to make room for their ppl! Ppl whom work for them! Allowing ppl to move in with just a passport and no deposit but when a non Hispanic wants to move in they have to pay a deposit! SUCKS!! DON'T MOVE HERE!

I live at Cielo at Vinings, in Austell, GA. For the past month I have dealt with the manger, Mrs. Yvonne, and she has been nothing but amazing! She has installed new carpet in our bedroom and replaced the cabinets in the kitchen and in our bathroom. She was very pleasant to work with and very professional. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in the Austell area.
