I really enjoy having Dr. Zatko as my dentist. He is caring and very nice.
I went to Dr. Zatko for years, got a cleaning and checkup every 6 months and i had to have a root canal and I was referred to another dentist who specialized in root canals. After the root canal dentist checked me over prior to the root canal he asked me why I had so many cavities, had I not been seeing a dentist ? He was shocked at my response that I had been regularly seeing Dr Zatko and was completely unaware I had any problems whatsoever ! Nice guy inept Dentist, I found out the hard way.
Staff are not efficient and have documented my visits incorrectly.... I have talked with them several times to correct the there mistake with no positive results. The y refuse to follow through with my medical insurance. Beware of this practice....
Yes they don't have lasers or a super fantastic lounge area for waiting. But I have never had more then a ten minute wait to see him. His staff is awesome. Always friendly and love to laugh with you. He is an excellent dentist. Very funny and willing to listen to your needs instead of worrying about how padded his pockets are.
