My review is specifically for Zatka’s vada pav. Being a mumbaikar, i have been disappointed far too many times having vada pav in the States. So when I was offered to try zatka’s vada pav on my visit to austin, I was weary and didn’t have my hopes high. We regularly go to this place for authentic maharashtrian dishes. This time we had vada pav, sabudana vada and tea. I have had vada pav from this place on several occasions and I thoroughly enjoy the taste of vada and the chatanies every time. Today sabudana vada was the new dish for us here and glad it was so tasty. It was crispy and at the same time so soft within. They made it so well.
