worst car lot to deal with. we bought a Hyundai Veracruz which was supposed to certified. I took over a week to get the vehicle after it was supposed to certified. His mechanic passed the safety while things like the emergency brake, windows, and locks did not work on vehicle. we needed the vehicle for a trip so we had to take as it was. after the trip we dropped it off and his mechanic had it for over a month telling us the parts weren't available. Attempted to view a vehicle seems like an extremely small dealership no one was present during hours of operation attempted many times to contact dealership without answer a couple cars were outside without plates upon viewing I could imagine these are used car auction cars without certification prior to test drive bald tires dirty interiors ......reading other reviews it makes sense can't the dealer can't afford to certify car without deposit? seems like a very low standard for running a business my Spidey sense says stay a... read more
My experience at this shop was very bad , dealing with a small dealership, with 7 cars in inventory etc. I drove 200 km to purchase a rusted van, the gentleman at first glance was calm a friendly, despite I was purchasing a truck with both fenders and rockers full of rust , I offered to pay from my pocket the bodyshop etc. when I closed the deal , “a great surprise”, the owner asked me 2K upfront to run the safety of the car, He also tried to explain , but I felt insecure dealing with a such small dealer, and having to put 2... read more
