We were referred to Zarooki Motors by a friend, and we had the pleasure of meeting Karen. We explained our situation, and she made sure we found a good family vehicle. We really appreciated her honesty and how informative she was about the vehicles. We waited for months before we could get our hands on a vehicle suitable for our needs and budget. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to both Loris and Karen for their assistance throughout this process.
We were looking for an older Subaru. We had went and looked at a couple that needed the standard maintenance, head gaskets, plus one shook. The other place did not care about the quality and told us if something was wrong they would know. Thank we met Karen and saw the Subaru that they had for sale. It was so CLEAN and Everything was fixed!!! So this was a pleasant experience with lots of customer service. We needed to unexpectedly replace one of our company vans and Karen was there to help. The whole process was easy and we are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased. We had been concerned for any underlying issues with the vehicle but after running it though our mechanic, it came out with flying colors and nothing is wrong. Thank you Karen and Zarooki! Will recommend you and if we need another vehicle, will be back.
