I called Karen to inquire about some specific vehicles and trade-in information. I loved how direct and friendly she was in getting me information. Karen was so helpful in finding the right car for me! I got a used Subaru forester in great condition thanks to the mechanic they partner with, Laris and Eddie. She really bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and get me the best financing rate for the car of my dreams! She was very communicative, hands on, transparent and friendly every step of the way.

Update September 16 2025: a return customer’s 15 min car purchase. I called Loris - the owner- and told him what I wanted in a car. He picked two for me, I drove them and I slept on the decision for a week . I called and asked for different financing options and picked one and told him to prepare the car for drive out on 9/16/25. The paperwork was ready when we arrived. Karen, like Loris, is clear and easy to work with and covered every base in the paperwork. It is so nice to work with people who do their job well.
