Was a great mechanic They seem to now be closing permanently. I'm very sad about this, not sure where to go now. I hope everything is well with Zarko.
Bad customer service. The women in the front desk kept me waiting while she is chatting over the phone. Also, asked me to pay for another service which was not planned because there was no communication with the customer. She was so rude
I wasn't there. I was at PoCo Auto Electric.
My soft, squeaky, shuddering brakes were not fun down hills. Took my car to other shops that replaced the disc pads + rotors, soft pedal got even worse and the shuddering squeaking came back in a few months. I dropped it off at Zarko's Tuesday night and they had it fixed by lunch the next day!! Brake pedal is now nice and firm, brakes are smooth and silent. Awesome people and I will definitely be back for any new problems, thanks Zarko's!
