While generally having no issue with Dr Nestor other than wait times, today was unacceptable from a doctor that left me waiting on prior appointments. I arrived a few minutes late for today’s appointment due to a detour. I was told by the “grinning “ receptionist that I was not just a couple minutes late but in fact was 11 minutes late and Dr Nestor had a strict 10 minute late policy.
