Zaremba manages a scam apartment complex in Richmond, Virginia called James River at Stony Point. When you apply for an apartment, you'll pay a $200 administration fee. The office staff at this complex, Nicole and Sarah, are disorganized and scattered, and do not seem to speak to each other regarding what is going on in the office. They never properly processed our application, and never gave us an official approval or denial. Have worked here lots of years so I'm prejudiced. Great company. Most employees are long term. Lots over 20 years. Do build to suit retail and shopping centers primarily.
