Dr. Zarei is an excellent neurologist who is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. She takes the time to listen to her patients, explain everything clearly, and make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for. Her staff is also wonderful, friendly, respectful, and helpful. The entire team creates a welcoming and positive environment. I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication and highly recommend Dr. Zarei and her team to anyone looking for excellent neurological care!
The doctor herself is excellent. She truly listens to her patients and clearly knows her stuff. Unfortunately, the support staff is a different story. I had to call multiple times just to get one item taken care of, and the main receptionist responded with an attitude and even raise her voice. A second staff member also told me he would handle it, but I never received it. Only one team member followed through on what she said she would do, and I really appreciated her. The absolute BEST neurologist in Orange County!! I have 3 rare illnesses and most Dr's never knew what to do except send me too yet another specialist. But she's the best one and right away, Dr Zarei understood my problems and ordered many important tests which led to more precise diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Sara Zarei to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens, cares, and takes the time to understand her patients. 🙏🙏🙏 One of the most frustrations with some doctors has been how little time they spend with their patients. Dr Zarei listened so attentively and really took the time to understand the details of my history and reason for seeking her help. She is very caring and thorough. I wish I hadn't had to come to a neurologist, but she gives me hope of getting to the bottom of my issues.
