I have a lap top that needed some work; I prefer to support locally owned and operated businesses; I found ZarCom on Google and gave them a call. The owner's name is Frank. Very nice guy. I explained what needed to be fixed, and he gave me a price quote and said he could probably have it ready by 9 a.m. the next day. True to his word, my laptop was fixed and ready for pickup by 9 a.m. What I paid was exactly what he quoted me; there were no hidden fees or anything else like that.
