I am sending out a big Thank You to Zara's Collision Center, especially to Brady Smith, Tuesday, I was at Shop N' Save on Dirksen and I accidentally locked my keys In my trunk, then realizing my second set of keys (that husband had used night before ) were still in car along with my cell phone. Brad had repaired a few cars from our family and every time we have had great service and it being finished in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to find these days and they are still top notch with the customers. I also like Enterprise is in their office and my rental car was ready to go as soon as I dropped off our van.
Please hear me out and do not take your vehicle here! First we took my husband's truck and because a tree fell on it and all they did was repair the glass! They did not inspect the vehicle for any further damage! The vehicle took four days longer than we were initially told and we had to take the vehicle back to get the repairs corrected what should have been done the first time.
