Zarantech training is a scam. Please don't ever make any payment to them. My colleague and I signed up for one-on-one online training from Zarantech in June 2023. They were nice until we made payment for the training. As of December 2023, we still have not received the training and all attempts to get our money back has failed. Please, look for training elsewhere. These guys would take your money and then not respond to your phone calls. Bright.

This company is garbage and a scam. Paid $500 for self-paced online class. They never gave full access. Couldn't access the material at all. Have called 6 times to get a refund. Don't waste your money here. SCAM

Terrible IT Support..! Training system is down for days. Nobody responses your emails for IT Support. No one reads the IT Tickets. Even for a simple password reset you wait more then a week. Trainer was good and experiences but Zarantect System Landscape was very poor. Look for other options which provides better service quality.

Awful company...highly unprofessional. I paid for SAP Leonardo class in august 2019 and after 3 months they still couldn’t schedule a class...fighting with them for weeks to get a refund...they never call you back and just stall... what a scam

I took Workday HCM Training with ZaranTech. Trainer Ricky is a most resourceful person... Main thing you encounter during interview is working on the tool... ZaranTech provides you tenant access 2 hours per day... That helps out us to work on tenant and be proficient.... Study materials and interview questions provided are very useful... Really great Zarantech.... You deserve a big star.... I will recommend my friends definitely...

sites should have minus star rating. zarantech is very quick on taking money but they don't care for their customers. I signed up for a QA class and I was told its going to start on 10th August. Didn't start neither I got any notification that it wont start this week. I called and they said 17th August their website said 17th august. Did not start that day either. Now they are telling me that it MIGHT start on 24th. I asked for money back but they said you have to email and it will take 10-15 days to get money back. total wa... read more

Very unprofessional company. Not sure about trainers as i did not continue after signing up but their front-line staff is very pushy and they just want to sell you the course at any cost. I enrolled for their SAP Hana course starting on 2nd March which did not start for next 3 weeks. I was contacting and chasing them during these 3 weeks about the course but nobody bothered about giving me an update. I lost my precious time and requested them for refund. Worst ever experience they take fee and tell u to attend demo & you dont like we will refund money which is lie they never refund money so be careful before falling into trap of registration fee.
