Did not have good experience as the nurse did not let us contact the dr for abnormal report that she did not read. Very rude and traumatizing experience dealing with the staff. She isn’t following pediatric guidelines for abnormal urinalysis showing wbc and trace protein. Switched to a more experienced dr in Malvern and immediately got issues addressed. This led to immediate termination of any relationship with CHOP where we otherwise received good service for 10 years.
Very good experience with the doctor during our recent visit for kids annual physical check.
