Truly awful property managers I mad the mistake of hiring this company a few years ago to manage my 4 rental properties...what a mistake!They fell down on the job is so many ways. Among them- ridiculously high bids for minor repairs (that they would have paid with my money had I not intervened). Example: a bid saying the garage doors were dry rotted and must be replaced (well over $1000). I repaired the broken lock on the garage door myself for $15, the doors were in good condition.
