First off, the tech working did not speak to us or anyone coming into the shop. Wow! Some appreciation for customers. She had no personality at all. It's like she really did not want to do the work...no smile --nothing. The first time we went there a while back, the other tech was friendly. But this one....please. She did good work, but here personality was awful. After he paid, my husband said, "have a blessed day," and she literally ignored him. I refuse to match her negativity energy.
