Stopped by Zara in downtown Seattle—clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. I had to return an item and it was very smooth and quick.
Kai was super helpful.
The blonde cashier needs to be retrained or fired. She was so busy talking that the line got insanely long. When I met my sister outside (who had checked out separately) she made a similar comment and said she was very rude during check out. The woman could not stop talking to her co-workers and patrons.
Filthy cheap clothes and the customer service is horrendous. Very aggressive and rude team.
