Love love love my hair! Tracy has been cutting my hair for as long as I can remember (even before Zaps was Zaps!)
I went to get a haircut from very long hair to short. I was there for three hours and got a wash, a dye and the finale was the person cutting it chopped it right off styled it and I left 220 later. I was not impressed 1 week later I went back to complain my hair was a mess no style. I said chop it off or fix it. 54 dollars later, I'm now stuck wearing a hat till it grows out. I'm upset 😡
