I use to enjoy coming here. But after the automatic carwash machine was not running properly I called the number as the machine was running and gave a very detailed description of what was going on .I was told I would be emailed for a refund. I went over the email and gave all answers plus had a receipt and also dashcam footage which they will now know about in this review. This happened on 11/28/25 and I still haven't gotten a 14 dollar refund. I get my taxes done as well as catering over the years , now I will have to shop... read more
I stopped as I have a gift card for Zappys and this was one of the locations that accepted it along my route. We have been to other Zappys and this one falls short of the rest . No signs to explain what the different wash levels included. Multiple sprayers nozzles werent working in the brushless wash. And the dryer afterwards couldnt even reach my car and move water across my windows.
