I go to the retail store in mentor bc I wash and wax and detail my own cars. The staff there are amazing. I do ask a lot of questions. And there always there to give me info on all the products I need. And if they don’t have the info they find it for you.
I am a long time customer of the Mentor wash, 20 plus years. I buy the upper grade car wash. ALWAYS tip the employees!!! They work hard and deal with tons of people. Be nice. Car comes out very clean - not perfect, but very clean. Please understand the car wash itself is built to clean all shapes and sizes of vehicles. It’s not the employees fault if your vehicle doesn’t look like it was hand washed and dried. Remember to tip and be nice.
Refusing to honor a gift card of $160 that, by law, has a 2 year expiration. They are claiming it has a one year expiration, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. Horrible customer service and no integrity. By the sounds of the other reviews, it would be a waste of money to have them "clean" a car anyway. AVOID!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My 31/2 hour clean took 6. No one called to inform me they would have my vehicle all day. I asked if they would put my new seat covers on after the clean. When I picked it up, I inspected the car and found many small areas that were just ignored. They said they didn’t have time to put the new seat covers on. Okay. No problem. However, they never took the old ones off to clean the front seats! I called to take it right back and was rudely told I’d have to schedule a redo and he couldn’t schedule that for me... read more
