I had an old amalgam filling fall out and Zappia & Fryer were able to get me in quickly. They refilled it fast and painlessly. The office is modern, clean, and honestly a joy to be in — I genuinely look forward to seeing Dr. Zappia every time. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Does not return calls in a timely fashion. Changed my treatment plan midway. Not once did I feel like “the patient comes first.” For all their excellent social media marketing about a relaxed and safe environment, I never felt that. I (and my teeth) were treated like widgets. I was deeply disappointed. PS Everything I said above is a fact. And In response to Z & F’s response - no one was threatened! That’s blatantly false. Dr. Zappia, Dr. Fryer and their amazing team have gone above and beyond any expectation that I could have had when I became a patient of theirs several years ago. The office is clean as can be and the staff could not be more welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, I have encountered some health issues requiring extra attention and they have helped me every step of the way with their expertise and compassion. I could not recommend their office more strongly.
