I was called by a receptionist to confirm an appointment I did not recall scheduling. When I said I believed the appointment may have been made in error, the receptionist became very hostile with me. She asked when I would schedule my next appointment. I was so uncomfortable that I wanted to get off the phone with her, so I said I would call back to remake the appointment. I am one of those individuals who's terrified of the dentist. My past experiences left me often with migraines and I'm allergic to novocaine. All of that has disappeared because of the incredible professionalism and empathetic treatment by Doctor Morgan Fryer and her team. I highly recommend Dr. Fryer for anyone looking for a new dentist!
The best practice I have ever been to. Hands down recommend to everyone I know. Patient forward, calming and always reassuring. They make sure you are absolutely comfortable and check up after your appointments. Every staff member is professional. Extremely clean office and welcoming. Great with children too! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dental cleanings make me extremely nervous because I am very susceptible to getting headaches, so I always go in with anxiety. Clarissa was absolutely amazing during my cleaning.
