Excellent Company, known them for years
Absolutely horrible experience. I am moving from the DFW area and I have an EMS Dog. He is a large dog and well trained. After finding the perfect apartment and making the agent, Mike Jenson aware that I had said animal I was told that was fine. I put in my application and fee and I thought all was well. Later I was met with skepticism when I had to locate the letter for my EMS animal, which took time to require from my doctor. I was told that my background check and credit were acceptable.
