Very disappointed with the taste of the food. However, prices and portions are really good. I have now been here twice and am still not impressed. This is definitely not authentic Mexican food, unless it is from an area of Mexico I am not familiar with.
The food was excellent The prices were fantastic, $2 margaritas You just can't beat!
Great margaritas!! Asked for no cheese - hubby lactose intolerant - still showed up on the refried beans - next time will stress harder ~ we will go back - great food ~
The chips and salsa both tasted a bit off. Out of yhe hundreds of times ive eaten at Mexican restaurants this is the first time ive ever tasted chips that stale and salsa that strange. The price is great though. My wife and i bought ate for less than $20. The speedy Gonzales is unbeatable for the price. The staff is great and if you come between 1:30 and 3:30 it is dead and quiet.
