Mr. Zapalac just told me the truth: my case wouldn't get anywhere in court, I didn't have enough evidence. And it cost me just $75. In our 15 minute phone call, he discouraged me from pursuing hopeless, expensive legal proceedings even though it may have profited him. He told me as well of other legal gotchas to be wary of as I navigate the next couple months. Affordable, honest, competent. What more could you ask?

I have never been treated so horribly by a fellow attorney, nor would I ever treat a prospective client the way Ryan just treated me. He didn't ask me even one clarifying question based on the documentation I provided. He stated that basic contract law does not apply to leases in Texas, which seems wrong but who knows.
