I have never been treated so horribly by a fellow attorney, nor would I ever treat a prospective client the way Ryan just treated me. He didn't ask me even one clarifying question based on the documentation I provided. He stated that basic contract law does not apply to leases in Texas, which seems wrong but who knows. He explained nothing. He was unkind, impatient, and unwilling to listen, and spoke to me like I must be some sort of idiot. Mr. Zapalac was a huge help in my recent dispute with an apartment management company, who tried to rip me off. They were not responding to my correspondence and he stepped in and solved the problem right away. Saved me over $13k they were wrongfully trying to charge me. I’m so grateful and definitely recommend him!!
