Mr. Zapalac was a huge help in my recent dispute with an apartment management company, who tried to rip me off. They were not responding to my correspondence and he stepped in and solved the problem right away. Saved me over $13k they were wrongfully trying to charge me. I’m so grateful and definitely recommend him!!

This is the first time I hired a attorney to help me resolve issues between myself (tenant) and Greystar (landlord). Greystar was trying to bill me for fees I had already paid despite my evidence of me paying said statements.
