Great job, Done in a timely manner.
I had a great experience with Zap Tech Electrics. They installed my mini-split AC today and did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, were very personable, and were easy to work with. They were clearly very knowledgeable and appeared to know exactly what needed to be done. Absolute top-notch group of people from top on down. I’d like to consider myself hard to please, especially as a business owner myself. I have high standards and these people did nothing but exceed my standards.
I recently had two additional outlets installed in an older home with very limited access. The Zaptech crew was professional, communication was excellent, and the price was lower than I expected. They completed the work cleanly and efficiently with zero damage to the existing structure, even with the challenging access. I work with Zaptech often, but this was my first experience as the client. The experience reinforced exactly why I recommend them so confidently. Great people, great communication, and quality work.
