The representative, Jonathan Jupena was outstanding. He thoroughly responded to questions I had in regards to some concerns. Everything was addressed. He was patient, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. We've been very happy with this company.
Our technician Elton Johnson was very professional and very thorough. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. We were very pleased.
Grayden did a outstanding job! He addressed our concerns with wasps, tig bugs, and spiders both inside and out.
made a appointment for you guys to come out... woman we spoke to on the phone was very nice but what I'm pissed about is the fact you guys are not open on weekends I had to call out of work since you guys gave me a window from 3-6 pm on a Friday, these people have zero regard for the fact people work, not only did i call out of work and I'm out money now but you people never showed up... I'm beyond pissed now since we had to pay you a year in advance for your services which SUCK!!!! you will be getting a call Monday Morning ... read more
Jason was very knowledgeable, went out of his way to point out areas that need to be addressed.
