Adam and Oscar were exceptional from start to finish. They responded promptly and were able to fit me into their schedule the very next day, which was greatly appreciated given how disruptive the possums had become. Both were highly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and put me at ease. They were professional, easy to deal with, and very competitively priced compared to others I had contacted. The report provided was comprehensive and detailed, which I found extremely helpful. Thank you to... read more

Excellent service from start to finish! The guys were friendly, professional, and explained the entire process clearly. They completed a full spray of our house thoroughly and took the time to make sure every area was covered. The service was efficient, reasonably priced, and gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control!

Couldn't be happier with the excellent service Zap It provided. They promptly responded my online booking and showed up for the appointment on time. Workers were experienced and polite, quickly located the possum's entry point, explained what they were intending to do in great details... and the strategy worked in two days. I would strongly recommend Zap It if you ever had a possum problem as well!
