Zap electric is a wonderful company. Vaughn always gets the problem solved.
Convicted felon did my work and left a mess. Installed a 15amp breaker for my kitchen circuit and left my meter open so they couldn’t put the tag back on it without another visit.
Great guy who came out, he helped me solve my problem with my fan a few weeks ago ( pregnancy brain.) My only issue is I never made an apt he called me up randomly, never said who he was, all he said is that he would be at my house in 10 min. I thought he was someone else coming out to look at my yard issue. Even when he showed up I still had no clue what he was doing exactly at my house. Great experience, I reached out to Von earlier today and he was very upfront and honest about the electrical issue I was having. He assessed the situation and told me I didn’t need to have work done that a home inspector was questioning. I appreciate Von’s honesty and saving us money for not having to do unnecessary repairs. The owner fixed the issue fast and was very affordable. From the time I first called him to the time he went to home. It was less than an hour. It was nice calling and having someone answer and not have to speak to an answering service that asked me a million questions.
