So we frequently dine at Zao, tonight was a unusual experience. It seems that the cost of our meals has gone up. And the portions have gone down, which I have seen at many restaurants around town. I will say, I'll know this evening. The staff seemed to be not as friendly. I also found a nice long black hair in the bottom of my meal tonight....
The bowls are SO good! They taste like they're made with fresh ingredients. I love the citrus chicken and Mongolian beef. My husband always gets the steak. The food is a little expensive, so we don't come here as often as we'd like. Highly recommend.
Always greeted immediately when I walk in and attended to quickly for online ordering. This is very helpful for getting my order quickly, and it is a rare and appreciated practice that I don't see anywhere else.
