First and foremost everyone that works at this location is phenomenal, especially Sarah! The food is always incredible. The quality and taste are healthy and crave-able. Can’t beat the price and the atmosphere is so calm and zen you forget you’re at a quick restaurant.
The people working today were amazing! Super helpful! I dropped my drink lid at the soda station and before I could finish picking it up, the associate was right next to me with a new one. They let me taste the new flavor to see if I wanted it. Made great suggestions that I loved. Carolina and her associate (whose name I unfortunately don’t know) were INCREDIBLE!
Food is good but I got overcharged and didn't realize it until after I left. Make sure to check before you pay.
Excellent location! The food is always fresh and delicious. Rosarah is friendly and we love to see her when we visit! Highly recommend Zao to our friend and family, in fact my in-laws who visit from CA always want to come here when they visit bc it’s that delicious!
