Had such an amazing experience here and the food was so good!I especially appreciated how professional and amazing customer service I got from Ivory! He definitely is the main reason I will be coming back for more!
I'm celiac and heard Zao was a good option for gluten free foods. I was going to get the steak, but the employee said I should get the mongolian beef, I asked if it was gluten free, they said yes, I then asked if they were sure, they said yes, I then asked if it was made with soy sauce, they said no. The next day I was having severe symptoms from my celiac, so I looked it up and say it does indeed have gluten. It was just a bummer.
Janet was fantastic and so helpful! We've never had Zao before, but as soon as I took the first bite, I downloaded the app! Absolutely delicious, and the customer service at this Ft. Union location is top notch!
Came in for a side of chicken. Employee filled the cup half way. I asked is it by weight or by a full cup, employee said by the cup. I then said can we fill it up then, employee said fill it up to…..?then I said fill it up to the top. Employee put like 2 more pieces of chicken in it all while being short toned about it. Unprofessional and unfriendly service. That’s too bad.
