I joined CrossFit Zanshin over a month ago. As someone who had never tried CrossFit and had always been more of a traditional gym workout person, I was a bit skeptical at first. Cannot say enough positive things about CrossFit Zanshin!!! As someone who works in the athletic space, Zanshin and the staff, do a phenomenal job of providing well rounded, safe, and effective training… shout out Coach Olivia! The community is diverse and involved providing a safe space to feel encouraged and challenged as each of us pursue our fitness and athletic pursuits.
