Nearly 2 years and 100 lbs ago, I made one of best decisions I have made in my adult life - Joining Crossfit Zanshin! Coach Pete and Coach Karen pour their heart and soul into making this gym an outstanding place to reach your fitness goals. The skilled coaches make you feel safe and supported, and all the fun competitions and community events keep you engaged and motivated. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged. CFZ is much more than a gym, it's a family.

I love to run and HATE to lift weights. My friend encouraged me to try this gym to help with strength. I was very nervous and anxious as it was all very new and intimidating. However the coaches are fantastic and the other members are exceedingly supportive. Perfect place for an experienced crossfit athlete or a beginner. I love the atmosphere of “just getting a little bit better everyday”

Great home gym away from home. Very well organized with instructors that care and put in the effort. Having AC is a plus too!

This is by far the best CrossFit gym in the area. The community is great, coaches are very knowledgeable and uplifting, there are social events, and all the equipment is well taken care of by staff and other members. If you are considering CrossFit at all I would choose Zanshin!

Accountability. That's what I was looking for when I initially walked in. Pete and Zanshin Fitness have surpassed my expectations and have taught me the correct way to train, something I've been missing for a long time. I'm feeling better than I have in years and look forward to the grind.
