I have attended many gyms in my day but none compare to CrossFit Zanshin. The coaching staff are particularly careful to make sure you’re not doing movements that could harm you, they motivate you and most importantly they let you be who you are!

Pete is so great and the gym and community is so warm and welcoming! I had a great first class there and really appreciated Coach Pete scaling back the workouts for me! I left feeling so empowered and excited to begin my CrossFit journey!

I absolutely enjoyed the class and really look forward to it after work. I can definitely see my self growing in this environment. Coach Laurin is an excellent coach and its a very welcoming environment

A great community with great coaches. Fantastic structure, with coaches that obviously care, and cater to all levels of athlete.
