Horrible customer service. No call back! I called every day for my elderly father for whom I have POA and never received a call instead he intimated my father into rehabilitation instead of going home to be taken care of!!! Worse ever. Shame on you!!!!! Taking advantage of the elderly and not speaking to there POA!!!!!!
