On my way to the annual Mount Carmel Parish Festival, I parked on a side street and witnessed this realtor’s customer service. A gentleman associated with this Realtor was beyond aggressive and combative, to the point where he had drawn the attention of myself and others walking to the festival. The man was clearly upset and very vocal with a woman who had parked on the corner of a house he was showing. We worked with Kathy Skuratovich to purchase our home and cannot stress how attentive and reassuring she was in the process. We have used Kathy Skuratovich to buy 2 homes and we highly recommend her. While looking to purchase our first home we were using a realtor who did not respond to our requests quickly enough to get in and see a home. A home came on the market that we could not miss out on, and we were referred to contact Kathy.
