This is the worst apt complex that I’ve lived at. I lived at Zang for almost 2 years & in those 2 years the apt manager changed 3 times. I had so many issues at this apt complex. First I had issues with my upstairs neighbor throwing dirty water over her balcony & being loud at night. I brought it to their attention so many times and they mismanaged the issue.
