In the few months I’ve been here, I’ve learned about bug infestations and other issues in the building because they don’t have proper cleaning coverage throughout the week and weekend. On my floor, you can expect, as you walk to your mailbox, to smell the garbage through the halls and see trash overflowing in the hallway. I toured with Yesenia. While I did not choose this complex due to its distance from my work, Yesenia did a great job giving me an informative tour. The apartments were really nice and I was a huge fan of the studio I looked at. Again, location didn’t work out for me, but Yesenia was awesome.
Stayed here for a year had no problems. Management and maintenance team were amazing, always fixed everything in a timely manner. Property very chill and quiet nothing out of the ordinary. Only left because I found something a bit more in my price range but I would move back instantly if I could.
