Terrible and hateful manager. Rat infested. Don't move there
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My bf and I have lived here for 15+ months. We have experienced mold in the ceiling bathroom, in the living room walls, dog pee & feces EVERYWHERE, and not to mention the leasing office giving incorrect information regarding the units. Not to mention random fees and lease violations for not having renters insurance, even though we've had it since the first lease was signed. Yesenia was extremely helpful throughout my entire move-in process. She gave me multiple tours, walked me through each step, and put in a lot of effort over time to help me get moved in. As a student, I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and willingness to work with me.
(There’s a more recent edit below. That first one was when I first moved in.) I visited several apartment complexes and was very thorough in my search, so finding Zang Triangle through a recommendation was a great start. Yessenia gave me a detailed tour, was genuine in helping me, and took the time to find a unit that fit my needs in price and location.
