By far the best tour I have ever been in! This tour was definitely a breath of fresh air after touring other communities around the area with terrible leasing agents that hate to do their job, tell you they have nothing to tour, dismissive, ask you to do a self-guided, mediocre customer service, etc. As soon as I walked in, she stood up from her chair and welcomed me in so pleasantly. My wife and I just moved to Zang Triangle, and the experience has been amazing! Yesenia has been so kind and made the whole process very smooth and easy.
In the few months I’ve been here, I’ve learned about bug infestations and other issues in the building because they don’t have proper cleaning coverage throughout the week and weekend. On my floor, you can expect, as you walk to your mailbox, to smell the garbage through the halls and see trash overflowing in the hallway. And the hallways themselves are dirty, its not uncommon to see cockroaches in the hallways in the evening. Cars can easily get broken into because the building and garage aren’t secure.
