Refused to give me pupillary distance number. Said it was illegal and against her license. I called 3 other local optometrists in town and explained how my VA made the prescription and I could not get PD from Zanesville Vision Care. The 3 other optometrists said giving the PD number is not a issue. My next good pair of glasses from VA will not be ordered from Zanesville Vision Care.

Accept difficult insurance policies. Have great alternative/modern methods for the less-popular pre-testing portion of the appointment. Quick and painless appointment which was a pleasant surprise. The provider and staff listen to you and get you back out to living your life without a bunch of unnecessary extras. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. I felt like I was in a meat market. Horrible !!!
