The customer service is subpar.
This place has the most caring and kind staff I have ever seen. My mom is handicapped and got her dates all messed up and her appointment was 2 days ago. But they did a great job and let her be seen today. Thank you all for the amazing job you all do everyday!!! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars because you all deserve it.
They denied me and said they aren't accepting new patients with my insurance.
Cheap brittle plastic frames that literally crack after 4 months with lenses that hardly fit in the horribly designed plastic frames.
Refused to give me pupillary distance number. Said it was illegal and against her license. I called 3 other local optometrists in town and explained how my VA made the prescription and I could not get PD from Zanesville Vision Care. The 3 other optometrists said giving the PD number is not a issue. My next good pair of glasses from VA will not be ordered from Zanesville Vision Care.
