I have attempted to get parts from these people for an atlas copco machine. I have been blown off by two different people now with no answers.
Communication is not well with them at all.

Well i brought my 242d3 skid in to be fixed for an engine problem of some sort. When I would use my bushhog the rpms would drop down to 1900 making the machine not work. I told the gentleman in the service department this information. A couple weeks later they call and say my machine is finished. I go pick it up and trailer it up. They said it's fixed. They told me it was a coolant leak in the engine. So I go back to my shop and decided to leave it on the trailer as I have to use it in the morning. I go out the next morning ... read more
