Well i brought my 242d3 skid in to be fixed for an engine problem of some sort. When I would use my bushhog the rpms would drop down to 1900 making the machine not work. I told the gentleman in the service department this information. A couple weeks later they call and say my machine is finished. I go pick it up and trailer it up. They said it's fixed. This company likes to add charges after your invoice is already paid off. Months later all of a sudden you owe again. Accounts can’t answer questions about the mystery charge and has to look into it. Should be on the invoices. Will continue business with ICR Cambridge not here.
