Had a phone call to schedule an appraisal. We scheduled it for a Monday and were told the results would be in by the following Wednesday and that it would cost $400. The day arrived and the appraiser showed up an hour late from the scheduled appointment time slot. He then charged us $500 instead of the originally quoted $400 and informed us he did not accept card. Only cash or check. If I could give it a zero I would raised my rent twice in less than a month told me that maybe section eight would be a better option for my family. Never missed a rent payment in three years, felt unwanted and bullied, and belittle like they are better than me. Very self centered and non compationate. they are all about the money andthem selves. Would not recommend to anyone

Terrible customer service and terrible people. They gave a 5 day eviction notice on my 70 yo friend- then they changed the locks- she is now unable to get her medication for her heart condition- no matter how many times she has called they will not help her! I would never rent or buy from them! They have no human decency!

Was contacted by Hardcastle Real Estate that they had been contracted, through my bank, to do an appraisal on my property. The entire process was a fiasco! Very poor customer service! Completely dropped the ball & my bank canceled the order for Hardcastle to even do the appraisal! What a joke!! Could not recommend this agency to anyone!!
