I reached out via their webpage and within minutes I had received phone calls from two different people, a voicemail, an email, and a text message saying attorneys are standing by to speak with me. I gave very brief overview of my case to the intake team and saved the details for when I spoke with an attorney. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to speak with an attorney, as they declined to take my case. So far I have not had any issues they have been very kind and patient with me. We're just starting out the case keep you guys posted. So far Melissa has been absolutely helpful and making sure that I understood everything and took the time to explain things to me that I didn't.
