We switched our family of six over to Zane pharmacy over 1 year ago. It has honestly been such a life saver! It was always a headache to get ahold of anyone at big chain pharmacy, or get them to followup with dr calls, or get in touch with insurance for us-we needed a change. We are always able to speak with staff at Zane , they followup, they call who needs to be called, they offer delivery! This is the worst small pharmacy to go to. It use to be a mom and pop type , nice and personable. But it seems that with the changing of the guard they are no longer part of the community., no moresponsoring kids sports. Now they don't have time for anyone. They never to talk to each other. It seems the owners don't work inside shop so the workers don't value the customers like the owners would. Take your business to the bigger pharmacy if you want this type of service.just another number.

Best pharmacy I've used. The staff from front desk to pharmacist to delivery man are so thoughtful and focused on customer service. They expedited an order for me, put it in a specific type of nasal spray that they had to obtain so that it was easier to get up my 8 year olds nose. Thank you for making it easier for us on our health journey 🙏

We used to love coming here for our vaccinations, but this year, they said they no longer vaccinate kids, and I was shocked. We always wanted to go here because they were so good with our son. I have no idea why they would make such a decision, given how good they were at vaccinating kids. Unfortunately, won't be going here anymore because of that. We really liked this place too.

Overall, 10/10 Pharmacy! They are an excellent team to be in contact with, always willing to assist with the prescription refill process. Regarding insurance concerns, if there’s an error or miscommunication, staff, specifically Abraham, is on top of it and quick to correct. After two years of working with Abraham, I must say, an astonishing worker! He goes beyond to make sure our facility is cared for, especially clients' needs (Medications, Prescription refills).
