I have never hard this much headache over a renters policy. Your office staff are rude and unprofessional saying they got pushback from me because I complained about how many phone calls i've had to make to straighten out my policy. There has been so much miscommunication here. Again I paid in advance for a year I should have zero issues moving. I did the same thing @ Arvada State Farm and had none of this stress.

Like a good neighbor- Shannon was there! (She really is my neighbor) we ended up asking Shannon to write us an estimate because we were having issues with our original insurance company (we had them for over 10 years). She wrote us a policy with better coverages, more features, added coverages that we wished we originally had and still came in $100 cheaper per month than what we were paying with the old insurance provider! Thanks Shannon! Shauna and Dee are also great too!
