I contacted the salon after becoming ill the day of to push my appointment back a few days as I was exposed to covid. I was told if I did I would be charged. I explained I didn’t want to expose the salon but it was well you can wear a mask. Loyal customer over 7 years with many occasions where they cancelled on me. I certainly didn’t want to get my stylist sick and she was not directly notified. So I cancelled for hers and my protection and I notice I was blocked afterwards in my online account. I can't remove my last post but I can add one so here I go. After two days, I heard from the owner. She was very professional and worked to remedy the situation. I appreciated her approach to fixing the comms issues that happened here.

I was charged $250 for a partial. To be fair, the partial looks nice. To be real, that is a stupid amount of money for a few highlights. In the past I have paid between $90 and $120 for a partial everywhere else. When I scheduled this appointment, no one told me that I would not only be paying for my partial but an "all-inclusive experience" with botanicals, a haircut and "the stylist's time." Once, again, I had an incredible experience at the very capable hands of Christian Ariel Ebersberg and the staff of Zandi K Salon Denver West. Christian is wonderful and does wonderful work with highlighting, streaking, cuts, blowouts and straitening! The salon was super clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with their styles and products. Prices are great, the location is convenient. Precautions are being taken during this pandemic.
