Wayne did an amazing job recreating my mother’s wedding set for me, completely honest, and upfront about cost, ideas, and expectations! He had my rings done in less than a week. Excellent craftsmanship, he takes real pride in his work! We will definitely be back for future projects!

I came in needing a resize and a soldering. Wayne was professional and personable, giving me pricing, expected pick up date, and answering my questions. Being able to pay after the work was done when I came to pick up as well as helping me with potential work in the future with some gemstones cores I have that I have been looking for work on, all around it was a pleasant experience and I will be looking forwards to working with them again for future endeavors.

Needed to get a vintage Rolex watch bracelet resized. Obviously, we took it the folks at Rolex in Scottsdale only to be told... naw, you gonna need to buy a new one, no worries its on $16k.... really? Hmm, took it to the fine folks at Zander’s and guess what? Yep – sorted perfectly and at a number, let’s just say much lower. Wayne, the jeweler, is extremely good at what he does. He was able to add a diamond heart pendent and diamond cross pendent to a new 14k w.gold wheat chain, for a more than fair price. Excellent customer service, store clean and merchandised well. Also, the prices on all the jewelry on display are unique and also fairly priced. Would recommend this Jewelry Shop over any other I’ve ever done business with. Far surpasses, Zales, Shane Co., etc.
